Cancellation Policy

If you have made a booking with us and now have to cancel – please review our cancellation policy below to see if you’re able to receive a refund on your deposit.


Scheduled Small Group Tours

If you cancel your tour at least 7 days before your tour date then the €30.00 deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel your tour with less than 7days to go but with at least 48hrs before your tour then we’ll refund you the €30.00 deposit in the form of a Cyprus Taste Tours gift voucher which will be valid for 2yrs from your original tour date. Unfortunately, if your cancellation request is received less than 48hrs before your tour start time then we are not able to refund you and your €30.00 deposit will be lost.

Private Tours

When a private tour is confirmed, we then book one of our vehicles to accommodate your request. Therefore we must then close our regular small group excursions for that date and stop offering tickets to the general public. To receive a full refund on a private tour deposit – we must receive your cancellation at least 10 days before your tour date. This then allows us to re-open the date and gives us a chance to offer this date on the different platforms we work with. Unfortunately, if your cancellation request is received less than 10 days before your tour start date then we are not able to refund you and your €50.00 deposit will be lost.

With regards to the cancellations of private bookings which do not require a vehicle (e.g. ‘Off The Eaten Track‘ experience) then full refunds can be processed if we are given a minimum of 7 days notice. If you cancel your tour with less than 7days to go but with at least 48hrs before your tour then we’ll refund you the €50.00 deposit in the form of a Cyprus Taste Tours gift voucher which will be valid for 2yrs from your original tour date. Unfortunately, if your cancellation request is received less than 48hrs before your tour start time then we are not able to refund you and your €50.00 deposit will be lost.
