If you have made a booking with us and now have to cancel – please review our cancellation policy below to see if you’re able to receive a refund on your deposit.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Bookings are fully refundable with at least 24hrs notice via email. If you need to cancel just send an email to yum@cyprustastetours.com. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice or no-shows will not received a refund.
Custom & Private Tours
When a private tour is confirmed, we then book one of our vehicles to accommodate your request. Therefore we must then close our regular small group excursions for that date and stop offering tickets to the general public. To receive a full refund on a private tour deposit – we must receive your cancellation at least 3 days before your tour date. This then allows us to re-open the date and gives us a chance to offer this date on the different platforms we work with. Unfortunately, if your cancellation request is received less than 3 days before your tour start date then we are not able to refund you and your deposit will be lost.
With regards to the cancellations of private bookings which do not require a vehicle (e.g. ‘Off The Eaten Track‘ experience) then full refunds can be processed with 48hrs notice. Unfortunately, if your cancellation request is received less than 48hrs before your tour start time then we are not able to refund you and your deposit will be lost.
If you need to cancel because your dates / schedule or tour preference has changed then please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate you as best we can.
