- Cyprus Taste Tours reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour, route, timetable, itinerary, activities or content due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures, operational issues, minimum participant numbers not being met, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases we will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative of similar value; where this is not possible, our liability is limited to refunding the amount paid for the affected tour.
- Cyprus Taste Tours must be provided with the direct contact details of the lead participant (email & telephone number) so that they can be contacted in case of any urgent changes or issues during pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details, to check their messages before the tour for any updates, and to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time. Failure to do so may be treated as a no-show, in which case no refund will be provided.
- Cyprus Taste Tours reserves the right to refuse a tour or activity to any persons who arrive intoxicated, disorderly or make the host feel uncomfortable in any way. In any such instances the fees paid remain non-refundable.
- The booking of any Cyprus Taste Tours food tour is accepted on the understanding that the customer realises the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in an activity of this kind. Customers are responsible for assessing their own level of fitness and mobility and for choosing tours appropriate to their abilities; if in doubt, they should contact us before booking to discuss any accessibility concerns.
- Customers are responsible for informing Cyprus Taste Tours of any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances at least 3 days before their tour and reconfirming these with their guide at the start of the tour. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate such needs, we cannot guarantee that all foods or drinks will be free from specific allergens and accept no liability for any adverse reactions.
- The use of any photos or videos taken during our tours is strictly based on the choice you make on our ‘Participant Info’ form. If you have provided consent on the form, you agree that CTT may use these images or recordings for marketing and promotional purposes. If you have not provided consent, your image will not be used in any of our promotional materials.
- All Cyprus Taste Tours vehicles carry a basic first-aid kit for use in the event of minor incidents or emergencies. Tour guides are not medical professionals and any assistance offered is limited to simple first-aid measures within the scope of their training. Any items used or taken from the first-aid kit are intended only for immediate, minor care and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. By taking part in a tour, participants accept that they are responsible for deciding whether to use any first-aid items provided and for seeking appropriate medical attention where necessary, and acknowledge that Cyprus Taste Tours cannot be held liable for any adverse reaction arising from their decision to use such items.
- Cyprus Taste Tours would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising out of any mishap, sickness, accident during the course of the tour.
- Cyprus Taste Tours acts as an agent and coordinator for various independent suppliers, including wineries, restaurants, and workshops. While we select our partners with care, we do not own or control these third-party establishments and cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from their services or products.

Where minors are permitted on a tour, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult who assumes full responsibility for their supervision and safety throughout.
- Cyprus Taste Tours bears no liability towards any illness, loss or damage of property and / or life due to accident, illness or injury or negligence of the customer during the course of the tour.
- Refunds after a tour or activity has taken place are not possible and if a customer is unhappy with their experience we can only offer a refund in the form of vouchers for another tour or activity at our discretion.
- Cyprus Taste Tours reserves the right to amend the price of the tours quoted on the Cyprus Taste Tours website, given that rates may change in response to changing costs.
- By booking a tour and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and any disputes arising out of or in connection with Cyprus Taste Tours services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
